Best top/jg carry?

Hello,

I have been struggling to get out of solo/duo elo hell. Currently B1 and have been for awhile. I play tank tops and jg (cho, naut, maoiki), however, even when I am ahead I can not carry games if my dps teammates blow everything on enemy tanks and get picked off (which is very common as you all know at the low elos). I am wondering what champs would be good that can play both top and jg, and can carry games if ahead? I was thinking wukong possibly but not sure. Just want a good one who can play both roles. Thank you for your time.

Chances are, it is more your gameplay than champion. Improve your CS, decrease your death count and improving your target selection in larger fights. This can be done by looking at your replays and seeing how you misplay. As for your actual question though, wukong is decent. Yorick and garen are also decent champs for low elo. Keep in mind though, you should be focusing on improving your gameplay, not finding a freelo champ.

Thank you for the reply. I agree with what you say, however I often am in games where I have lanes who feed super hard and as a tank I cant carry a team when enemy adc or mid is super OP in late game fights. How do I fix problem like that I guess? Or when teams dont focus objectives or chase and die. As a tank I cant take objectives by myself so its why I figured I need to change to a more damage carry lineup.

Ping more for the objectives. Usually ping On My Way or Assistance is the best (since missing and danger are considered BM for some reason). As for feeling weak on a tank, farm more, die less. It's still possible to carry on a tank, generally the advantage you need to get needs to be larger. That being said, it is definitely possible to get a large lane advantage playing tanks into any matchup at your elo. The thing is, your opponents will make many mistakes that you can use to get kills. You often don't capitalize on them. I mean no offense here, we all gotta start somewhere. But farm up more, focus on dying less and making good trades and you will rank up. This is true regardless of champion.
