Why is Tahms full name in his title?

Why did Riot choose to put his full name Tahm Kench into his title? What was the thought process behind doing that and not for champions Like Emilia LeBlanc or Fiora Laurent. I honestly prefer the full name included in the title it looks nicer.

Would Riot ever consider putting other characters full names in for future champions or updates/reworks?
