You want tryhard? Play Galio full AP. Simple solution, you WILL out heal anything he can do.
fizz can be strong also, you can avoid his ult and his ult level 3 is fairly short so you can almost use it as poke. also, ezreal and amny other things.
Maybe it's because zed is so ducking fun to play in URF. Ever think about that?
