The Issue of Bullying in League

Bullying in league is a problem that must be stopped. Toxicity is a major issue in league, and can translate into people making the game unplayable for others.

What would you do if your little brother CeVee was being bullied by 3 big kids, and all his other friends did was watch? What would you do if your friendly shy little Kennen top was being relentlessly harassed by a blind guy, a bipolar furry youtuber, and a blueman group member?
