Velkoz would be the last "traditional" mage i would say, and his release date was fed of last year. Azir and ekko are mages, but they are not what i would call traditional, since ekko is an assassin and azir is kinda his own thing.
You mean an immobile mage?
I hope so as well.
Most of my favorite mid laners are immobile.
I hope it's a viable AP mid mage.
The next "mage" will probably be high health, high damage, with a slow, a heal, and a speed steroid, like nearly all the re-works have.

Azir is defined as a marksman. An autoattacking champion that is ranged is a marksman to Riot. He also has extensive use of his AP scaling abilities so he's a mage.
I hope it's a mage that can support is all.
