So I recently started buying mystery skins quite often and to my surprised I got some unavailable skins. Reading the forums now I see this isn't an unheard of event. I have two questions. Is it possible to get a Victorious skin through Mystery gift? Has anyone gotten one yet?
So far I've gotten TPA Shen 
, Traditional Karma 
, and Bad Santa Veigar 
as far as unavailable skins are concerned.
It is not possible to get a Victorious skin through the Mystery Gift
From the Mystery Gifting FAQ:
Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector’s Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven and Riot Squad Singed.
I'm pretty sure "Achievement skins" is referring to the Victorious skins, and any other skins that need to be earned through an achievement of some sort.

this for me is a crap becouse in my main account i have 77 champ i buy 4 mystery gift for my self and i only pick skin for champion i already have legendary and normal skins so i can tell u not onloy for now is better u buy the skin u want dont spend in gift becouse in 3 gift u recive 1 skin of 975 rp was like that with me .
Brohamit you can still get mystery skin and champs but only through gifting.
