Can we please get some sort of system to be matched with ranked players as good as us?

I don't mean to sound like an a**hole or anything, but 90% of the games I've played, my teammates have been awful. Most not even knowing what the concept of focusing someone is. I'm stuck in bronze and I know a lot of other good players are too whether it be because of trolls during provisionals or they had an awful laptop that only ran 20 FPS and got stuck with feeding teammates(Me.). I ask from the bottom of my heart, please solve my anger Riot.. Find some sort of way to use average K/D ratios according to their role's average or something to match players with people that are as good as they are on both teams. And please for the love of god, start doing something about smurfs! There are people who literally make or buy smurfs, purposely fail to get to bronze then destroy people every game until they have to lose in which they feed so that they can stay in bronze and destroy the people who aren't on their level..

The current system is designed in such a way that people who can close out a win go up in rank. If you are "stuck" in bronze that means you need to either get better with your usual strategy or find a different strategy for closing a game.

If you allies cannot work as a team try playing split pushers and spam wards. If your allies are simply bad play a carry who can single-handedly win team fights with good positioning. If you allies simply have trouble not falling behind in lane try playing a snowball heavy jungler and get their lanes ahead.

Until you do literally everything in your power to go up in rank you can't make a legitimate claim that there is something other than yourself that is holding you back. It's either your team/the ranking system or yourself and you have yet to prove that it is not you.
