What does this even mean? You just came up with a skin name and said nothing else about it. You can't expect Riot to create a skin based solely off of a name.

he should have poro's come to him and take him to the base on his recall. He should have a crown with a jewel in the shape of a poro snack. He should have a large poro emblazoned upon his shield. All of his taunts and jokes would involve him talking to poro's. something like this no?
