Is there one reason I can't get a loss prevented?

Why? Why can't we get a loss prevented if someone from my team goes afk from the 1st minute of the game. This isn't something that is abusable. There is not a single reason I should lose LP because some kid decided to go fap on Disney princess pics instead of playing the game he entered. He didn't connect to the game ffs, how the fuck is this abusable? I understand that by Riot's logic you can "bully someone out of a game" (because there is no mute button) and that because of that they don't want to give prevented losses. But how can you even say something to someone who didn't even connect to the game they entered?

I just want one reason. Just one.
