Unless she has like 8 kills because someone fed her of course, in which case.... stall til late game or FF.

The chain is on a 14 to 8 cd without counting cdr, it also doesn't have a scaling mana cost.

This is just like saying "just dodge the Q" for Lee or for Nid. If 1 single misstep is all they need to completely screw you over which is definitely NOT the case for the other way around, then there is something wrong.

Problematic kit will always remain problematic until it is reworked I say.
