Champs that might need buffs, even tough the community ( which is a small % of players) hates ´em

My background information for this is the Winrate of Champion.gg

And before you start downvoting (which you will either way, cause muh OP Champions with toxic kits and way too difficult outplay) im aware that winrate is not everything but very low winrate is indeed a sign that some things are wrong. And just because a champions kit is considered toxic, which you can always translate with, not able to deal with them once in a blue moon, doesnt mean they deserve a gutting.
