Well, if you're melee you can try to make something happen by getting all their attention and hoping your teammates will take advantage of the chance to get them.
Most likely, though, they'll passively maintain their skillshot-dodge movement patterns during the 3-4 seconds it's all focused on you and wonder what you were doing. And then complain that you lost them the match when you're 2/13 or something like that and have hardly done any damage at the end of the match.
