GG stands for Good Game. A 4v5 is NOT a good game, its a really unfair and frustrating game. It can be really annoying when you have an afk from the 6th minute and at the end the enemies say GG, its almost like saying gg ez.
Great. Now the community is even crying about "good game".
What about those of us who consider gg a sign of sportsmanship? I say gg at the end of a 4v5 to compliment the enemy for suffering through it.
Granted, I usually say "gg sorry about 4v5" to make it clear I don't mean any bm
saying GG is equal to shaking hands after a football game/hockey game etc it isnt disrespectful in theory... but considering context surrounding the GG could be... but for the most part its the polite thing to do... just like when you are at work and its morning.. and every asshole you pass says morning or good morning like you dont fukin know its morning for god sakes its 545 am i know its morning .... fuk i hate mornings and people

You say it to be polite.
you can always mute or ignore opposing side chat. or what you like them to say? regardless your not going to receive it well if your from the losing side. "sorry for the loss" "Better luck next time: "You played well m8" "Thanks for the win" "Bye" "Game over" honestly just ignore or block out all chat, its place for trolling, flaming and whining.

Its custom to say gg after every game at this point. It pretty much means "the game ended".
If you don't like that someone said gg, just don't worry about it. They probably didn't mean to offend you.
