Anyone Know Why Teemo Was Disabled?

I literally JUST played a Teemo game like an hour ago and nothing seemed abnormal, I even managed to get my final token for level 7 :D I don't think his poison was ticking weirdly and his damage seemed like normal, especially since I got ahead against Kalista top but why was he disabled? Anyone know? Just curious :P, thanks!
