Then it repeats, go back up to silver and drop to bronze 1 eventually again.
You seem to play all roles and too many champions, I had the same problem, I limited my roles and champions to the ones I had the highest win rates on in that position and started to climb slowly.. Silver 1 now.. Still a newb.. but hey I was stuck at like Silver 5 all last season cause I got "bored", so when I'm "bored" I do something else or play normal's. Ranked is for my best champions now.
Edit -- your best win rate is definitely top lane, so I'd keep that as primary.. and technically support is your second best but that's such a small sample, so your second best with a similar amount of games played would be ADC
