will snowdown shop happen this year
I was gonna buy some cheap skins but I havent seen snowdown shop yet, will it be coming this winter?

That's a good question, but I don't have the answer.
Unfortunately, since there has been no official announcement for it, it doesn't seem like we will be getting the personal shop this Snowdown event.
