PBE Accounts????
I signed up for a PBE account over 2 years ago, yet still have not been granted an account. Ive not had any bans or other behavioral transgressions. Did Riot stop giving accounts?

They only have a limited space and don't often allow people into the server. The sign ups have also been closed down for awhile now as can be seen on the PBE Server stats. So it's pretty safe to assume no one new is getting in for a long while.
