Bots in RANKED GAMES?

So I've heard that Riot got rid of the bots in Twisted Treeline or Dominion. I decided to play a bit of ranked and win a game or lose a game. Everything is fine in champion select, until it was the bots turn to pick. They would go through a cycle of Kayle, Poppy, Yi and Cho. Then the timer would end and they would have one of those champions. They went ghost+heal, and stood in base until the minions spawned, which is when they came out and randomly chose either top or bot. Then they would act like minions and the enemy killed them and then they would either go bot or top again. They went similar build paths, both got a first back (death) and then they got next. Luckily the enemy was merciful and pushed mid to end it quickly, apart from Jax and Cait :I
