Yea, I know a majority of people saying this line were lying about us "hoping for a turnover". You're just saying that because you want to rack up more kills & have more fun for yourself. People like you should be banned.

Eh, I've never heard someone say that. Thankfully not common.

I don't like it when people surrender too early, but I abhor those who prolong games to pad their KDA when they can easily destroy the nexus.

I don't think they should be banned. It's not against Riot's rules, but it definitely is rude considering the game is no longer fun for the losing side. But then again, these are mostly teenagers who probably just like to stomp on people more.
