Random lag spikes since server move.

I live on the east coast, so I did get better ping. (80 --> 45)

But every 15 - 25 seconds on bad days, to 2 - 3 minutes on good days, I will randomly disconnect for 1 - 5 seconds. It's completely unbearable, and has lost me countless games. I would much rather have just the 80 ping back.

This ONLY happens while playing league, so I'm pretty certain its not my internet.

Am I the only one experiencing this problem?
