Is there a way we can get revive back?

Is there a way that we can get revive to be put back into league? Me personally I had a lot of fun with it. I didn't troll and I played hecarim with revive, and on some cases really saved our games lol. Or maybe a new summoner spell to make us go faster, or consider buffing Ghost. That would be awesome.
