Once again, how did i not get an S

Farm still isn't good enough. You're at 3.75/minute. Not counting cannon/siege minions, there's 12 minions per minute per lane; you're getting less than a third of them.
As I have seen from others you want to aim for 75 cs per 10 min of the game so in a 30-40 min game you are looking at 225-300 cs. It's not a guarantee but it is a trend noticed by many.
Perfect cs by 38:40 is 477. You're below 33%. Also, are you warding a lot? Are you getting kills in other lanes? Are you getting enough objective contribution?
It's unfortunate that Riot won't tell us exactly what requirements need to be met in order to get an S+, S, S-. I heard it's because then people will only play a certain way in order to meet those requirements, but at the end of the day, you have to play well to get one of those ranks but aren't most people playing because they want to do well already? I would certainly like some clarity on what the formula is for this because I'm a support main and one time I went 1/0/22 and I only got an A+. Someone even said that's literally what a sup should be doing. So how do I only get A+? I don't understand it, but whatever.
The biggest problem I see is 37% kill participation. While that fairly high for this particular game, that is extremely low for a normal S rank game.
