20+ wins after reset for first key fragment is not casual player accessible
TItle. My reset is around the 20th of the month if that helps.

Chamuel851 votesThe support team when I submitted a ticket for the keys not dropping. They said the key drop rate starts low so casual players actually get keys so you don't have to farm them. It took 50 ish wins to get one key (the first key) that month. It's not a 'start low and get rarer'
