What is wrong with Riot?

THe video is by gbay99, I didn't make it myself. Some very valid points are made here. The just of what he is saying is that Riot doesn't communicate enough, which I think is true. Two of the most obvious examples of Riot messing up are the "compensation buff" after the dfg removal to and the rework.
