Give me the option to look at champ list in queue

I only get 20 seconds to look at the champions in the beginning. Then i cant see the champion list until its my turn to pick, and even then i only get another 20 seconds. Bad players decide who they're going to play before they even queue up. Smart players wait to see who gets banned and who the enemy team picks before they decide who they're going to play. Multiple times now I've gone to select my champion with 3-5 seconds left and when i click the button, boom the lobby closes saying i didnt pick in time. My screen says i still had anywhere between 3-5 seconds left. Somethings wrong with it cuz apparently when it says you have 5 seconds left, time is actually already up. Give me the option in champ select to look at all the champions. I dont need some useless animation in the middle of the screen to tell me who is being banned, when i can just look at the top of the screen. The whole thing wasnt very well thought out in my opinion
