The login screen just makes him sound so cool and that if you get hit by a chain, he will drag you to your death. Then hes support and does nothing to kill you. Really sucks :/

V001 votesI came here to make suggestions of some top lane tanks that serve that purpose. Then what I realized from reading your post is that what you really want is a champ with all that CC as well as all the damage to kill you with. Simply put, it wont/cant happen. To put all of that in one champion would be OP and bad design. The really heavy CC champs get away with having so much CC precisely because they rely on someone else to do all the damage.
