Im playing normal queue and the people in this queue are not the nicest.... as im ready to be practicing some adc's for my plat team i get into a lobby with a duo? and then i get harassed for playing a role that i was in pick order to grab ... i was called %%% and harassed more after this screen shot... How can people like this not get reported for toxic but when i ask people to stop fighting or stop feeding im verbally harassing them!
You can report them. It's a common misconception that Riot can't see chat in the lobby; that is a false belief that comes from lobby chat not showing up in Tribunal. Riot can see all of it. If you never enter the game (so you can't use post-game lobby reporting) you can report using a Support Ticket.
What? People like that get reported and punished all the time. Did you report them for their behavior? If you did, then they were reported.
They are simply idiots for not realizing that every single chat input on the League client can be monitored by Riot, which includes the pregame and postgame lobbies.
