Ranked system so flawed

NO matter how bad or good someone does... the only way they are judged if they win or loss... i could go 1-6 and win because i got carried but i didnt deserve that win... and yet i could go 8-2 and lose ... and past 2 days i went from 30 more wins then losses to like 14 or something... because ive gotten teamates who feed hard af ... i knew plat was elo hell but pls make it so i can rank up and leave these unskilled players somewhere else.. im considering quiting league how bad solo que is ... i jsut got a zed adc

I feel like this season is the best season yet because its so team based now. Yes I have had the games where a vayne just carried us to victory but i have had more games where my behind team came back because we were better together. I have games where we are 4v5 3 inhibs down and still win by outplaying as a team. Elo hell is at every rank... league is elo hell. It wont get better because as the game stands either your lanes are better or they are and there you go.
