Seeking HIGH level players and HIGHLY dedicated players

Seeking highly dedicated People for Serious ranked 5's team Prefer member to be mid to high plat and above! Willingly try to improve each other as a team and solo que!

This is going to be a long process as I don't want to just pick up the first people that apply. I will be looking for certain skills, and qualities.

I main ADC but that shouldnt scare off any other ADCs because Im ready to take on a different role that comforts the teams needs better than my own.

First I want people that can play at least 4-5 times a week for a few hours. I would even like 7 but that in really unlikely. I want to be a quality team that thrives for improvement.

Second thing is dedication to improvement .You need to care more about improving as not only a player but a team, take criticism, I want people that take responsibility for actions and actively try to remedy the issue.

1. I want vocal people, this is a TEAM GAME. The only way to play at a high level is effective communication.
2. Dont be afraid to counter someones decision if you feel like you have a better action to do.
3. IF you are a silent person thats fine by me! As long as you willingly listen to whoever maybe the shot caller and vice versa.
4. Teamwork. You have to be willing to play for the team.
5. I'm looking to make the try out process quite long so it will be awhile before I get a set roster. Some people may get 1-2 games while others get 10+.

Mechanics do matter but so do other things. Attitude, teamwork, knowledge. If this sounds like something you may be interested in feel free to reply or message me in game. It might take a while to get to everyone if I get the responses. Also address why you messaged me. Its hard to figure out why 10 people are messaging me if there for a team or just randoms/friends.

PS im in EAST so I would prefer times around 4 pm, but making a working schedule is fine too.
