Why do people hate those who like anime ?
and call them weaboo ? weaboo means acting like a japanese guy when you aren't japanese how dafuq i'm a weaboo when i watch dragon ball or something like one piece and gintama for fun ?

Weaboo actually means to embrace japanese culture as much as/more than a japanese person. The term originated to be an insult but like most terms people use it when it doesn't make sense. Watching anime does not make you a weab but people will call you it regardless. Mocking people for liking anime is like mocking people for liking nickleback. It is a popular thing to do so people will do it to be socially accepted by others even if they themselves like anime especially on forums. They do it because they crave upvotes because on a forum having a lot of upvotes is similar to being the popular kid in school. Typically, people on forums never got to experience that in school so they want it here so they do what is popular or what they know will get upvotes.
There's a frightening number of people who refuse to accept that anime has any flaws. They're the issue.

Because people who like anime are very annoying on making sure EVERYONE THEY EVER SEE OR MEET KNOWS that they like anime. ~ Its kinda like the atheist stereotype
