Do reports go down in severity with the more reports you make? Or is each one equal?

Ive just seen so many toxic things recently, from people calling everyone else r%%%%%s to just all out leaving.

I want to know if the reports im giving in (which is a large number) are all treated equally, or if the more I do, the lower priority they become.
