Am I being impatient, or does it really just take THIS long? I've never made a thread about this, but it's been quite some time. Even some champion releases would be fitting of my playstyle. Anyone else stuck in the same situation?

If you're chat restricted or you've been banned, your chances are significantly diminished.

Never had anything of the sort. Most I've had was a 5 minute queue because of a dodge.
