Solo or Duo Queue for placements?
Do you guys think it's more beneficial to do Solo or Duo for your 10 placement games? Is anything affected if you duo?

I would lean towards solo queue.
I feel like the matchmaking give the opposing teams average mmr a bump to compensate for the increased effective that you as a duo theoretically have (if it can't match you against an opposing duo anyway), and then even if you as the duo do fine, the rest of the team chokes.
Matchmaking can also be a bit weird if you and your duo partner have significantly differing mmrs, although that is usually mitigated by the fact you need to be within 1 tier of each other to duo.
