So the ultimate skins offer moving backgrounds showcasing the skin as well however I was hoping say if I owned project Lucian and have been playing a lot of Lucian with that skin show Project Lucian as my background its obvious the background you get from an ultimate skin is meant to be incentive to buy the ultimate skin however I honestly feel that the incentive for the background change would make them a lot more money if this was with every skin not just ultimate's
