Buys a & in the middle of builds, while it's a 16 vs 23 team kills, since early game we had no visions (honestly) and lost a lot of drags.

Riot, I request that you nerf Lulu's AD base a little bit more, or nerf down the power/CC on her Q, since the role "support" has been dirtied down in so many r%%%%%ed ways now. Thank you.
