Website that shows rank in each skill/mechanic?

So, I was watching a stream and the streamer was talking about this website with his duo where it tells you you might be gold in warding, platinum in assists, diamond in kills etc. I couldn't get an answer to what said site was from the streamer, so does anyone here know?
