ranked reards back

so i was stupid and raged a bit. this happened and i was pretty toxic for a while with nothing happening then all of a sudden i get a chat restriction and i get them done with. i have a bad game get reported one time and get another chat restriction. and then a ban. i really feel the system right now is to slow. it lets you be bad for a long time and then loads all of these punishments on at once. i think it would be alot better if you got punished right after you were toxic. it would stop people from getting into the habit of being toxic. i personaly got my ranked rewards taken for being toxic and that was a slap in the face that i was a real jerk. so i improved and am now a great positive player. but i dont have my rewards. i feel like there should be a way to earn rewards back as part of reforming the players.
