poppy op
poppy is insane. she is uber tanky, goes invincable, and does massive burst damage. very short cd's.

yeah, late game poppy can go into a 1v5, kill at least 2 or 3 people then walk away with 60% plus hp xD

yeah she can be pretty crazy... even when ur a tank u take tons of dmg just from her basic abilities
She really is a pretty poorly designed champion, hence the upcoming rework.
Poppy is really, really good... in the late game. In the early game basically any champion can usually curbstomp her though. Kinda hard to make it to that late game pinnacle when you've lost lane and usually the game before that time comes.
