Quinn still sitting at 55% win rate

Quinn has long been sitting atop the win rate list comfortably around 55% for months. honestly its uncalled for. once Quinn gets one kill in lane, or even if she doesn't, she snowballs so hard and there is nothing you can do to stop it. among other things her e needs a nerf. there is no reason for it to interrupt its target. one of the biggest reasons it is so hard to stop quin is because when you go to use an engage like jax q or jayce q all quin does is e and it stops engage. If you try to wait till Quinn uses her e on you before you jump then you are blinded and she hops out of range and you cant get her. tldr: quinn needs a nerf to cancel her e interupt as well as possibly other things.
