4v5s still exist

Is Riot happy with the current way 4v5's are handled or are they still searching for better solutions?

NOTE: NOT a Riot hate post.

I think if someone triggers a leaverbuster kick then people should be allowed to surrender before 20. The rest i could care less about :o

Personally, I don't like the bot idea, though.

That being said, I have won 3v5's before, and lots of 4v5's (especially when they leave after mid-game game).

IMO, they should implement a system similar to DOTA's.

What's that?

I think that in 4v5 the person who left should at least become a bot, but that would require many things to happen, plus it would need to be advanced enough not to get destroyed bye the enemy team. If it was a jungle that would also pose issues. But yes, the current 4v5 system is a little flawed come round to lategame

Riot is always iterating on their systems, particularly the PB&J systems. I know that Lyte has been kicking around the idea of cancelling games (no result) when a player fails to connect to the game. No talk on specifics of how it would work, yet, though.

whats wrong with a replacement player system? players can queue up to become replacement players and they get bonus IP for filling in for people who went afk.
