Is there an actual way to revert visual updates for champions?

Sorta like custom league of legends skins? However, you just revert a visual update as if it were an actual skin.

I'm curious because I wouldn't mind seeing the old ratchet version of again one last time.

Or if that is possible would it glitch the visuals? If it's not so bad I wouldn't mind playing a custom game or something with it.
