Ashe, Riven, Kat? (popular consensus is Ekko on the second)
Almost certainly Ekko. Short-bladed weapon, wide pommel and has the same circular section separating the hilt and business end, and the page says something about "Kid" and "He will alter our odds".
If its Ekko not Riven I'm going to be severely disappointed. The color(100% Riven's color), the weapon, which is too bulky on the blade side to be a bat, and overall Riven would suit this theme better.
