Tai Pay Assassins got Skins for season 2. SKT-T1 is getting Skins for Season 3.

What about Fanatic. They won season 1. Why no skins for them?

These skins aren't officially made by Rito-senpai. Third party companies make them. (This is what I've been told, I am no school-er)
