Best jungler for 1350?

The best champions in that price-range for jungling are probably:

Since you are only level 10, I'd recommend you play Amumu and Xin Zhao. They have quite safe jungle clears, are rather straight-forward to play, have flexible build-path (letting them build offensive and defensive items as necessary) and are good gankers.

If you are looking for build paths, I'd probably recommend something along the following lines to begin with:

jax, xin, yi, amumu, cho, evelyn,nasus, rammus, sion, udyr, fiddlesticks, tryndamere, and there are probably more

Master Yi and Xin are very snowbally champions. You don't need much time to learn them. Learning Xin's spell rotation takes longer than the other 4. Amumu and Fiddlesticks are easy to understand and to execute. Amumu has 1 skill-shot with large hit-box and a game deciding ultimate. Udyr is probably the easiest champion to learn (skillset wise) and he's not hard to master, but you need to understand the game and the jungler role very well.

Rammus is a really good pick if your team lacks a tank and engage his taunts are also crazy good for ganking and are even better if the laner has cc But if Tanks aren't your playstyle There's Jax who recently got stronger with the new trinity Xin Zhao Same reason above And there's Also Evelyn
