Can we honestly just make reporting someone for unskilled not put you on the their team again?

Just played a normals match, reported two feeders. Didn't rage or anything at them, but didn't want to play with them in the future. You want to play blitz bot with teleport, not buy a sightstone, and feed? That's fine. Just don't make me suffer through playing with them again.

Something needs to be done about the matchmaking system. I don't know what, but something. Like, why do I have to get in a game with this feeding duo for a second straight time? How am I not suppose to rage this time when they feed again? If you want to fix the toxicity in this community, don't throw a blanket over the problem and hope it goes away, make an attempt to fix it in the first place.
