Can we honestly just make reporting someone for unskilled not put you on the their team again?

Just played a normals match, reported two feeders. Didn't rage or anything at them, but didn't want to play with them in the future. You want to play blitz bot with teleport, not buy a sightstone, and feed? That's fine. Just don't make me suffer through playing with them again.

Something needs to be done about the matchmaking system. I don't know what, but something. Like, why do I have to get in a game with this feeding duo for a second straight time? How am I not suppose to rage this time when they feed again? If you want to fix the toxicity in this community, don't throw a blanket over the problem and hope it goes away, make an attempt to fix it in the first place.

For one, this could be abused by toxic players who complain about a 2/6/1 Riven main who was just having a bad game because they didn't get to play Riven and instead had to be jungle, only to jungle and be counter jungled by Shaco over and over and over.

"Please report this Sej, no ganks and feed. You don't want her on your team next game do you??"

And that's fine. It would then serve that player well by not being matched with the toxic player.

I don't know how it's suppose to work, but it doesn't currently work like that. I just had a duo in my game that went a combined 2-15-16. The support fed and didn't ward at all, and mid lane fed. Ok, they are bad at the game, that is fine. The support wouldn't listen when I said don't rush them and please ward, that's fine as well. I was not toxic at all to them. But I think I should have the choice of not getting matched with these players again. Well, guess what? Report them and get into the next que with the again. This time, they still did nothing, but got lucky that our top steamrolled and made the enemy surrender lol.
