And guess what, all three games, I was trolled hard in game. One was a freaking Elise/Lee Sin Bot lane, who used their dash skills to get under enemy towers to feed them kills...

Seriously, just another proove that RIOT is totaly ok with you trolling the living hell out of players, and even rewards you for making them snap and tell you to go f**k yourself by punishing them.

EDIT: Ok, ok, the last game was actually misbehaving from my part, that guy had a bad game and I was a bit harsh, but hell, he kept playing hyper agressive against Akali after feeding her 3 kills already... Am I not allowed to tell people they are stupid when they obviously are?

Irrelevant. You lashing out won't stop that or improve the situation.

Just report and move on. You don't need to tell him he's feeding. He already knows and wants you to tell him off. Not worth the risk.

100% false. You were punished because you lashed out instead of just reporting. Riot is NOT okay with intentional feeding/in-game trolling. Verbal toxicity is simply easier to identify. Lashing out never improves the situation, and so is also punishable.

It's good that you realized you were in the wrong. Also no, you are not supposed to tell someone that they are 'being stupid'. It does nothing to change the situation or improve their performance. All it does is stoke fires, which is certainly punishable.
