Now hear me out on this riot. I understand we lost the game and I am totally whatever with it. I kinda decided not to win because something happened in the game that PERPLEXED AND BLEW MY MIND like I went literally into the TWILIGHT ZONE. This is literally making me quit the game so please try to explain this one to me cause my logic sensors are outa CONTROL. My brain literally hurts. And I sat there for an hour talking to this guy after the game was over about it.

I'll set this up, So I am Master Yi. I dominate the game 10-0 Legendary status just complete domination. Could easily just push mid with my team and win. But I figured hey theres a 3-6 Rammus pushing top so I will go kill him. I die ..... This blew my damn mind I'm 10-0 and am building dmg.. hes 3-6 building nothing but tank items to which I'm hybrid Yi ... I should easily win a fight with him. So I'm like ill try again... all the sudden he DELETES me 100-0 in 2 seconds flat.... at this point I'm like wtf ? that makes 0 sense about 3 kills later hes unkillable and carry's the whole entire game by himself literally.

What the hell kinda balance is that? Isn't Rammus supposed to be a tank ? LOOK at his damage riot.... I am 10-0 to his 6-3 and hes a TANK and he LITERALLY out damages EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE MATCH.

Whats the point in being a ADC when your tank can out damage you

What is your logic behind what a tank is supposed to do ?

I thought a tank is meant to tank and absorb damage not deal more damage than anyone else despite being behind massively.

Like literally I quit, unless this is some kind of fluke or bug or for some reason hes overpowered then maybe ill continue to play. Please Riot explain that to me, please help me make some sense of it.

Whats the point in being a damage dealer and building damage items if a full tank can out damage you and the rest of the entire team both yours and his despite him being behind and also outfighting a 10-0 assasin 1v1 and not just killing me but MELTING me as if he was the assasin and not me.

I've played this game for 3 years and never once seen that in my life, if I had I woulda quit a long time ago.

I .. I just don't even know what else to say.

You had a shitton of damage and no real sustain (a single vamp scepter doesn't count). Meanwhile, he had upward of 250 armor and double thornmail effect (W and Thornmail). It's obvious that if you fight into someone's strength while ignoring your own you will lose a lot of fights.

That's simply what Rammus does. If you want to leave the game because you, as Yi, want to go and try to solo fight a champion who's entire philosophy is around dealing with you, then crack on. He can't go and fight multiple enemies, or anyone who isn't auto reliant or any mages with anywhere near the success of Yi. Rammus isn't a pure tank - he is a tank mirror. The more damage you do, the more you will hurt yourself.

This is exactly the same way a Miss Fortune can go 10-0 and then decide to go fight a Jax who is 3-6. Who do you really think will win? She'd get deleted most of the time. BUT, she is still far more useful to her team as long as she doesn't go around trying to solo everyone.

Oh and why do so many people complain that "tanks deal damage". Yes of course they do. They are not just CC machines to soak damage. The same way that carries don't just deal damage. They can also take a lot of punishment when they utilize lifesteal or a couple of defensive items. If you think Rammus is OP, then go play him every game. You'll soon realize he isn't (well except in this meta right now, which is perfect for him).

I'm a Rammus main. Let me explain his damage. Basically the only way rammus does damage is if you attack him. When he goes into Defensive Ball Curl get gains 120 armor and 120 magic resistance (at level 5). And whenever anything attacks him in Defensive Curl they take 65 + 10% of his armor as magic damage per attack.

Thornmail does the same thing as well Reflects 15% of the physical damage taken (+ 25% bonus armor) from basic attacks and on-hit effects back to its source as magic damage.

My highest armor build can get around 600 armor (in defensive ball curl), but that's build no MR all armor. so that's 65+60 from Defensive Curl and 125 + 15% of the physical damage from thornmail.

So that's 250 magic damage (+15% of the physical damage taken) that you will take EACH TIME YOU ATTACK HIM. So Yi is the worst pick in the world against Rammus. If I see a Yi on the other team, I get the biggest smile on my face.

Thornmail mate + his W, rammus doesnt deal damage to you. You deal damage to youl. Especially your hybrid build that you abuse. In order to counter damage return, you need lifesteal. Alot of it. Blade of the ruined king+bloodthirster+ spirit visage. Thats why Rammus win rate skyrocketed lately. Everyone abuse that rageblade hybrid build, having tons of damage and no magic resist and sustain. All he has to do is curl into a ball and say OK.. Next time (if there is next time), dont build just what u saw on twitch or youtube. Check who your opponent is, then build.

Well that's because Rammus compensates by being weak to things that don't auto attack, and you should have more life steal than his damage, or at least enough to kill him before he kills you. Even then, don't go up against him. Asking "why can't I kill an anti auto attack tank as an auto attack champion without building specifically against him" is like asking "I'm a fed squishy AoE champ with no 1v1 potential, and with a lot of armour, why can't I get a kill out of this Malzahar?!"

Also, your build is baaaaad against Rammus, like, really really bad. Why would you get hybrid AP-AD all-heal items like Hextech when all your damage benefits off life steal or sometimes spell vamp, instead of, I don't know, armour penetration. AP is bad on Yi unless you commit to full AP for the heal, otherwise it's just AS and AD. I think this is the sort of build a troll would go if they wanted to throw the game by secretly feeding Rammus, because it's just that bad. And why oh why would you go lord Dominik's over black cleaver or something that's more armour over HP based

So what your all saying is that its perfectly OKAY for a tank who is 3-6 to out damage everyone in the game including a 10-0 Master Yi at that point and carry the game. Because that is what a TANK champion is designed to do ? hes designed to out damage ad carrys and ap carrys ? hes also designed to have the most hp in the game ? and most resistances ?

He dealt 43 K DMG! despite being a FULL TANK and being 3-6 most of that game ..... I as a 10-0 MASTER YI only did 36 K dmg the entire game.

I fail to see the logic in that. What is the point in being an Assassin and building damage if someone who is full tank out damages you...... Everyone should just play tanks in every lane at that point.

Games logic is fail .... why play a fail game with the most ridiculous logic on earth ?

An ASSASSIN is supposed to kill you instantly not a TANK. When a tank is melting me and a fricken Mundo for crying out loud .... something is seriously wrong here.

I mean if this logic makes sense to you then I think I need to find another game .... lol I am sorry I did not realise that TANKS were the new carrys. And that building tank means you deal buttloads of damage in any situation. And that even being behind in gold, exp, items is meaningless to a tank.
