Tired of Harassment

within the past few days i have been non-stop harassed in a majority of my games, when i get mad and defend myself I get called toxic. I dont swear or anything i dont harass others i simply just defend myself, i dont insult people like they do me. And i'm getting so sick of it im thinking of quitting league altogether. I wont say that this community is bad, because its not. There are a lot of nice people out there but they seem to be very rare.
