On average I block/report 1 person per game...
I don't know what it about plat, but people really just want to afk, be verbally abusive and troll.... anyone else with this experience?

Yeah, you got it right. That is exactly plat for you.
i dont usually have 2 do either. sometimes i do but i always unblock people after like a day or so. since i rarely ever see the people ive blocked, let alone blocking doesnt prevent them from showing up in a game you can get. maybe when i get high diamond ill keep the blocks, since there you run into the same people multiple times the higher the ladder.
