So what was the bug on Rumble & Viktor?

For this, on Viktor, i tended to use Q,W and R on "Quick Cast" and "E" on normal, since you did not loose that much in choosing where the spell went, and you could easially remove thepath of the enemy team by using it, or just haress different targets depending on where you wanted it to go. And sure, it was a pain to not b able to quick-cast it, but why would i? If it takes one sec to cast for haress on mid, sure np. And in TFs is more about placing it correct to hit as many targets as possible or the right target, not to spam it, since the cooldown is kinda long anyhow, so its more of a powerfull backup APC spell. So i never saw any problem in reworking it's "quick cast" since quickcast will prolly only ruin it, if you cant control its exact moves by pointing your own mouse to where it should go, and not start. Which it is right now. Which is a pain in the ass. So i can't rly se it working as a quick cast. Over and out.
